MSK-AFA-W500 is a Large Automatic Film Coater designed for producing films up to 500 mm Width x 1000 mm length. One pair of digital micrometers is included for adjusting film thickness up to 5 mm. It has a unique driving system to produce a smooth coating on all types of materials

Coating Length	10 to 999 mm (adjustable in continuous mode, ±1 mm deviation, recommend ≤ 920 mm)
Coating Speed	2 to 30 mm/s (deviation ≤ 1 mm/s)
Platform	The platform is made of precision marble Surface flatness is < +/- 2 microns Area: 550 mm width x 1100 mm Length One tightened fixture built-in right side for fixing the substrate Magnetic clampings are installed on two sides of the stage. One tray is included in the left end to collect The residual slurry The platform is installed on the mobile cart with the wheel height adjustable.
Film Applicator	One doctor-blade Film Applicator with 4 precision rolling wheels for easy moving PEFE baffle plats with slurry guide plates is put inside the frame ( see picture left for details) Standard Width 500 mm Coating thickness accuracy: +/- 5 microns or 10% of film thickness
Optional for slot-die coating	500 mm width Slot die coating head is available as the picture left at an extra cost. This coater can be upgraded up to 650 mm width x 2000 mm length slot-die coating. Please contact us for details
Heating cover (Extra Cost)	Optional top-side heating cover is available up to 100oC for drying
Compliance	CE certified NRTL or CSA certificate is available upon request at an extra cost.
