OTF-1200X-III-UL is an 8" ID split-able three-zone tube furnace with 35.4" L heating zone up to 1200°C. The multiple zones tube furnace is enabled to create a 12"L uniform temperature zone within +/- 2ºC. The quartz tube and vacuum sealing flanges with a pressure gauge & a ball valve are included for immediate use. Three programmable digital temperature controllers are installed with a K-type thermal couple with an accuracy of +/- 1 °C. It is an excellent furnace for annealing, diffusing, and sintering samples under various gas atmospheres.
Two fibrous ceramic tube blocks are included to block heat radiation from the inside tube. (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating
Split cover with interlock protection
Quartz block (Optional) is ideal for more cleanliness and a higher achievable vacuum.
