OTF-1200X-III-UL is an 8" ID split-able three-zone tube furnace with 35.4" L heating zone up to 1200°C. The multiple zones tube furnace is enabled to create a 12"L uniform temperature zone within +/- 2ºC. The quartz tube and vacuum sealing flanges with a pressure gauge & a ball valve are included for immediate use. Three programmable digital temperature controllers are installed with a K-type thermal couple with an accuracy of +/- 1 °C. It is an excellent furnace for annealing, diffusing, and sintering samples under various gas atmospheres.

  • Energy-saving high-purity fibrous alumina insulation;
  • Two fibrous ceramic tube blocks are included to block heat radiation from the inside tube. (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating
  • Split cover with interlock protection
  • Quartz block (Optional) is ideal for more cleanliness and a higher achievable vacuum.

    The power cord is included without a plug

Hinged Type Vacuum Sealing Flange with KF-40D Adaptor for 11" processing Tube - EQ-FL-278
  • Quartz Tube: 216 OD x 206 IDx 1524L mm(8.5"OD x 8.1" x 60"L)  is included
  • One pair of SS 304 vacuum flange with double high-temperature silicone O-ring and water cooling jacket is Included
  • 2 needle valves are installed with a flange
  • One Vacuum/ pressure gauge is installed on one side flange
  • The vacuum level： 10-2 torr by the mechanical vacuum pump and 10-5 torr by the turbopump.

  • Recipes: Using a PC tool recipes can be created that can be used to change the operating parameters of the 3000 simply by selecting a new recipe via the HMI. This is very useful where multiple products are processed using the same controller but require different parameters to be set.
Laptop, software & WiFi Control(Optional)
  • Brand new laptop with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2013 (30 days free trial)
  • LabVIEW Temperature Control System (MTS01)enables the user to edit temperature profiles, manage heat-treatment recipes, and record, and plot data for MTI furnaces.
  • A wireless remote control provides up to 300 meters of operating range.
