PF-H2O-PPM Gas Purifier reduces humidity to sub-ppm  levels at room temperature operation. It  removes  H2O to <1 ppm from 99.9% purity any inert gas (Nitrogen, Argon, Helium, Krypton, Neon and Xenon) and from Hydrogen.  The Gas Purifier comes  in compact size with the high-flow rate.  It is ideal tool for drying gas in MTI tube furnace and atmosphere control furnace.

  • Output: Removal H2O ≤ -76 e.g. <1PPM with cycling.( Please click here to convert humidity unit )
  • No heaters or power required
  • Room-temperature operation
  • 304L SS (<10 Ra EP) vessel
  • Easy to regenerate
  • High Flow - up to 10L/minute    
  • Can purify inert gas up to 3 standard tanks
  • The filter is regenerable at 210oC ( using 99.999% purity N2 inside a drying oven ), customer can use MTI's  OTF-1200X-SNT-110 compact furnace to do the regeneration (chemical reactivation)
