High Speed Vortex Blade Mixer With Heating or Cooling Jacket Optional 5L - 130 L Capacity - TSL-LL

TSL-LL is a universal friction mixer for free-flowing raw materials for both dry powder and slurry. Circumferential speeds of 10 m/s to 30 m/s result in a marked mixing vortex, which can be used for powder dispersion, powder surface coating, and CO2 capture into cement.

Mixing Vessel 
  • Materials: inside vessel SS 316 and Outside SS304
  • Build-in temperature sensor
  • Water cooling / Oil heating jacket outside of the vessel
  • Material charge port, gas inlet, or vacuum port are built-in on the top of the vessel
  • Material discharge ports with valves driven by compressive air, are built at the bottom of the vessel
  • Double-layer mixing blades 
Optional Capacity of Vessel
 and Power		 Four types of vessel capacities are available below
  • 5 L (Φ200 mm x H200 mm ), Max. speed: 1450 RPM, Power: 2.2 KW
  • 30L (Φ350 mm x H350 mm ), Max. speed: 1300 RPM, Power: 5.5 KW
  • 70L (Φ350 mm x H350 mm ), Max. speed: 700 RPM, Power: 7.0 K W
  • 130L (Φ550 mm x H550 mm ), Max. speed: 500 RPM, Power: 15 KW
